Patient involvement is very important to the Practice and we would like to know how we may improve our service we provide to you.  As a patient registered with the practice you may contribute to practice decision making and be involved in service development and provision.

To help us achieve this, we are setting up a patient participation group ("PPG") so that our patients can be involved.  We will advise the members of this participation group the dates and times of any meetings, and also keep all patients advised on patient matters via e-mail and the website.

We aim to gather patients from as broad a spectrum as possible to get a true representative group.  We would like to encourage young people, workers, retirees, people with long term conditions and people from non-British ethnic groups.
