COVID Vaccs for over 70s
We are pleased to report that all our patients who are over the age of 70, a High Risk Covid-19 Patient or a Healthcare Professional have now been contacted with regard to their first Coronavirus Vaccination. If you have not been contacted and are in this cohort please contact the Surgery. All other patients please wait to be contacted and do not telephone the Surgery.
Dr Suzanne Atherton
Due to the departure of our current cleaners we are looking for a team of possible 3/4 to help us keep our premises clean, tidy and safe for our patients. A knowledge of infection control would be useful. Working hours would be Monday to Friday 6pm to 9pm (these can be flexible). Uniforms would be provided and in light of COVID-19 personal protective equipment is also available. Necessary background checks would need to be undertaken.
If you are interested in this position or would like more information, please submit CV with covering letter or contact the Practice Manager, Anita Dugmore on 01326 280205 or email@example.com
FACE MASKS to be worn at all times when attending the Surgery
If you have an appointment to be seen at the Surgery/collecting medications, please wear face covering. This helps to protect you and our Practice Team. If you do not have a face mask the Surgery do have a supply and will provide you with one on entering the building.
Supplying face mask exemption letters to patients
We are very sorry but - the Government guidance suggests there is no requirement for evidence for exemption. It should be sufficient for you to declare that you are eligible for an exemption direct with the person questioning you. So we are unable to provide any letters of support at this time.
